By registering, I agree to use the CMU CareLink Portal for its intended purpose and in keeping with my permitted role (for example, as a student or employee) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the CMU CareLink Portal Privacy Policy and, further, to provide only accurate information in my use of the Portal. I agree that that I will use the Portal in a lawful manner that will not infringe on or violate the rights of others and further that I will not use the Portal for commercial purposes. I understand that my use of the Portal is subject to applicable CMU policies, including but not limited to the Information Security Policy, Statement of Assurance and Policy against Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault.
I acknowledge that CMU does not screen the information provided by Portal users, and I agree that CMU is not responsible for any information provided by Portal users and has no liability for any use to which that information may be put.
